[04-30-2024] At Least One Person Injured Following Multi-Vehicle Collision Near RutherfordAt least one person was injured following a multi-vehicle collision near Rutherford, Napa County, on Tuesday afternoon, April 30, 2024.

According to the authorities, the traffic crash happened around the 8400 block of Silverado Trail, just a few miles away from Lake Hennessey.

Upon arrival, authorities found a dark-colored Mercedes-Benz flipped over on its roof and a damaged Honda Odyssey minivan. A third vehicle was reportedly involved, but its condition remains unclear.

Seven people were said to be involved in the crash. One of them was confirmed to be injured and was taken to the hospital. 

It is not immediately known if there are any other injuries or in which car the confirmed injured person was at the time of the incident.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. No further details were available at this time.
