[04-19-2024] Sacramento County, CA – Possible Injury Reported Following Two-Vehicle Collision Along Highway 50 in Rancho Cordova

A possible injury was reported following a two-vehicle collision in Rancho Cordova on Friday morning, April 19, 2024.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the traffic incident occurred at about 6:34 a.m. along Highway 50 near the Zinfandel Drive offramp.

Information about the crash was scarce at the time, but authorities confirmed the possibility of a minor injury. 

The debris from the crash had blocked the No. 1 and No. 2 lanes of Highway 50 in the vicinity until around 7:07 a.m.

The cause of the crash is still unknown. Authorities are still gathering all the necessary information to determine the factors leading up to the incident.
