[03-27-2024] Sacramento County, CA – Two People Injured Following Single-Vehicle Crash in Citrus Heights

Two people were injured following a single-vehicle crash in Citrus Heights on Wednesday afternoon, March 27, 2024.

According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the crash happened around 4:20 p.m. on Sylvan Road near the 6500 block.

Authorities stated the car crashed into a tree, trapping two people inside. Emergency responders helped in getting the two victims out of the car and transported them to a hospital with minor to moderate injuries.

[03-27-2024] Two People Injured Following Single-Vehicle Crash in Citrus HeightsSouthbound Sylvan Road and Woodside Drive were shut down, and the northbound Sylvan Road at Stock Ranch Road was under one-lane traffic control.
