[10-13-2026] San Francisco County, CA – Woman Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision in Mission District

A woman was taken away by ambulance after a two-vehicle crash sent an SUV into the entrance of Jolene’s bar in San Francisco’s Mission District on Tuesday morning, October 13, 2026.

Witnesses reported hearing the collision just before 8:00 a.m. at the intersection of 16th and Harrison streets.

A witness described an SUV lodged against the bar’s entrance with its airbags deployed and a pickup truck across the street with damage to its hood.

Police and firefighters responded to the scene, according to eyewitnesses. One witness reported seeing the female SUV driver taken away on a stretcher by ambulance. Her injuries were not specified. The man inside the pickup appeared unharmed.

Both vehicles were removed by around 9:00 a.m. The crash damaged part of the bar’s entryway and bent its front iron gate inward, leaving debris near the entrance and along the street.

Owner Jolene Linsangan estimated repair costs at approximately $10,000 and said she hoped to reopen Thursday.

The San Francisco Police Department had not released a report on the incident at the time of publication.
