A 65-year-old pedestrian died after being struck by a vehicle in Hollywood early Saturday, October 10, 2026.
According to a Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson, a southbound Ford Mustang struck the man as he crossed Highland Avenue at Sunset Boulevard in a crosswalk at about 1:27 a.m.
The pedestrian was taken to a hospital, where he died, police said. The Mustang’s driver remained at the scene.
The investigation remains ongoing.
