[09-25-2026] Alameda County, CA – 17-Year-Old Killed in Collision Involving Tractor-Trailer on Mountain House Rd.

A 17-year-old girl identified as Trezur W. of Tracy was killed in a collision involving a tractor-trailer and a car in unincorporated Alameda County on Friday, September 25, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 12:04 p.m. on Mountain House Road north of West Grant Line Road.

CHP said the collision involved a 2004 Honda Civic and a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia tractor hauling two end-dump trailers. A preliminary investigation indicated that the Honda was traveling northbound while the Freightliner was traveling southbound.

For reasons that remain unknown, the vehicles were involved in a broadside collision within the southbound lane. Trezur was ejected from the Honda and pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
