[09-24-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Minor on E-Bike Injured in Collision With Vehicle in Long Beach

A minor was injured after being struck by a vehicle while riding an e-bike in Long Beach on Thursday night, September 24, 2026.

According to the Long Beach Police Department, the collision occurred at around 8:16 p.m. near Willow Street and Chestnut Avenue.

Police said the minor was transported to a hospital in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries following the collision.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. Police said impaired driving was not a factor in the crash.

The investigation remains ongoing.
