[08-04-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Two People Taken To Hospital After Two-Vehicle Crash in Compton

At least two people were taken to a hospital following a two-vehicle crash in Compton on Tuesday night, August 4, 2026.

According to the Compton Fire Department, the collision occurred around 10:25 p.m. in the area of Compton Boulevard and Santa Fe Avenue.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and transported at least two people to a local hospital. Their conditions have not been released.

Authorities said a silver sedan sustained major front-end damage, while a black sedan struck a utility pole and also suffered significant front-end damage. 

No additional details about the occupants or the circumstances leading to the collision have been released.

The investigation is ongoing.
