[08-01-2026] San Bernardino County, CA – One Hospitalized After Two-Vehicle Crash in Victorville

At least one person was hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash in Victorville on Saturday night, August 1, 2026.

According to the Victorville Police Department, the collision was reported just before 10 p.m. on D Street near First Street. The crash involved a black Chevrolet Impala and a black Ford pickup truck.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene, and at least one person was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The extent of the individual’s injuries has not been released.

Authorities also detained an adult male at the scene. Sheriff’s Department media logs classified the incident under California Penal Code 23153, driving under the influence causing injury, although officials have not confirmed the identity of the detained individual or the reason for the detention.
