[07-24-2026] Riverside County, CA – One Killed, Two Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash in Temecula

A Murrieta man was killed, and two others were injured in a multi-vehicle crash in Temecula on Friday evening, July 24, 2026.

According to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, deputies responded around 6:51 p.m. to a collision at the intersection of Rancho California Road and Riesling Court, east of Interstate 15.

Authorities arrested 38-year-old Jonathan R. of Bellflower on suspicion of murder and driving under the influence, causing injury following the crash.

The Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner’s Bureau identified the person killed as 39-year-old David H. of Murrieta. Two other individuals were transported to a hospital for treatment.

The investigation remains ongoing.
