[07-13-2026] Orange County, CA – Three Hospitalized After E-Bike Collides With Car in Fullerton

Three people were hospitalized after an e-bike collided with a car in Fullerton late Monday night, July 13, 2026.

According to the Fullerton Police Department, the crash occurred around 9:10 p.m. near the intersection of Orangethorpe and Basque avenues. Preliminary reports indicate the e-bike struck the side of an SUV.

Authorities said the e-bicyclist and two passengers in the vehicle were taken to a hospital with injuries of varying severity. Their current conditions have not been released.

The driver of the SUV remained at the scene and cooperated with officers.

Fullerton PD held the scene until their accident investigation team could arrive to determine the cause of the collision.
