[07-11-2026] Riverside County, CA – Two Hospitalized After Two-Vehicle Rollover Crash in Hemet

Two people were hospitalized, and a third person was arrested following a rollover crash on Florida Avenue in Hemet on Saturday evening, July 11, 2026.

According to authorities, the crash occurred around 8:30 p.m. in the 2700 block of West Florida Avenue, west of Denny’s.

A red Kia overturned after colliding with a silver Chevrolet. Hemet Police removed the occupants from the overturned vehicle before firefighters arrived.

Authorities reported that the Kia was on its roof, and the Chevrolet sustained damage to the driver’s side rear.

Two individuals were transported by American Medical Response ambulances to a local hospital. Their conditions have not been released.

A third occupant was arrested after officers reportedly discovered a firearm inside the Kia. Authorities have not released the individual’s identity or the charges.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
