[07-05-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – One Killed, Another Injured in Four-Vehicle Crash Near Tarzana-Encino Border

One person was killed, and another person was injured in a four-vehicle crash near the Tarzana-Encino border in Los Angeles County on Sunday evening, July 5, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the crash occurred around 6:02 p.m. in the 6400 block of Lindley Avenue.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and found multiple vehicles involved in the collision. One person was pronounced dead at the scene, while a woman in her 30s was transported to a hospital with injuries of unknown severity.

Authorities reported that the crash caused a power pole to fall, bringing communication wires into the roadway. The circumstances surrounding the collision have not been released.
