[06-30-2026] San Diego County, CA – Three Injured in Head-On Collision on East Fallbrook St.

Three people were transported to a hospital following a head-on collision on East Fallbrook Street in San Diego County on Tuesday morning, June 30, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred at around 10:37 a.m. near the intersection of Elbrook Drive and East Fallbrook Street.

Authorities said the collision involved a red Chevrolet pickup truck and a white sedan. The impact caused the sedan to leak fuel, creating a hazardous condition in the roadway.

Emergency crews responded to the scene, treated the occupants, and transported three individuals to a local hospital for evaluation. Their conditions have not been released.

The roadway was temporarily blocked while crews cleared the scene and removed the damaged vehicles. The CHP is continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
