[06-14-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – One Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Golden State (5) Freeway in Pacoima

A 25-year-old man was killed during a multi-vehicle crash on the Golden State (5) Freeway in Pacoima early Sunday morning, June 14, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 3:30 a.m. on the northbound lanes near Terra Bella Street.

Firefighters and paramedics arrived at 3:39 a.m. and pronounced one person dead at the scene. The victim was later identified by the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office as Louie T. His city of residence was not immediately available.

Authorities reported that the crash involved a white Honda sedan and at least two other vehicles. 

The cause of the collision has not been determined.
