[06-11-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – Pedestrian Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash in North Hollywood

A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle in North Hollywood on Thursday night, June 11, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. on Victory Boulevard near Troost Avenue, just east of Lankershim Boulevard.

The pedestrian was crossing the street when a westbound white sedan struck her. It was unclear whether the woman was in a marked crosswalk.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported the victim to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The driver fled the scene before authorities arrived.

Police continue to investigate the hit-and-run and are asking anyone with information to contact the LAPD Valley Traffic Division.
