[06-12-2026] San Diego County, CA – Multi-Vehicle Crash Involving Trucks in Kearny Mesa

A multi-vehicle crash involving trucks temporarily blocked lanes on the westbound State Route 52 near Interstate 15 in Kearny Mesa, San Diego County, on Friday morning, June 12, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision was first reported shortly after 7 a.m. and involved at least three trucks. Authorities noted that all parties were able to exit their vehicles safely.

The crash initially blocked all lanes of the freeway. By approximately 7:30 a.m., one lane was reopened, and all lanes have since reopened to traffic.
