[06-02-2026] Sacramento County, CA – Bicyclist Killed in Collision With Vehicle on Marysville Blvd.

A 69-year-old bicyclist, identified as James W., was killed following a collision with a car in North Sacramento late Tuesday, June 2, 2026.

According to the Sacramento Police Department, the crash occurred around 10:45 p.m. in the Hagginwood neighborhood, in the 3200 block of Marysville Boulevard between Arcade and Los Robles boulevards.

Authorities stated that the driver of the car remained at the scene and cooperated with officers. Neither alcohol nor drugs appears to have been a factor in the fatal collision.

The investigation is ongoing.
