[05-29-2026] Sonoma County, CA – Two Minors Injured in Hit-and-Run E-Scooter Crash in Rohnert Park

Two minors were injured after being struck by a silver Dodge SUV while riding an electric scooter in Rohnert Park, Sonoma County, on Friday night, May 29, 2026.

According to the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety, the collision occurred around 9:25 p.m. at the intersection of Bodway Parkway and Waterside Lane.

Authorities reported that the SUV driver allegedly fled the scene without providing assistance.

One of the scooter riders sustained significant injuries and was transported for medical treatment.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the vehicle or driver to contact Officer Hayes at the Rohnert Park Police Department at (707) 588-268.
