[05-15-2026] Riverside County, CA – Pedestrian Fatally Hit By Vehicles at 60/91/215 Freeway Interchange

A man was killed after being struck by vehicles at the 60/91/215 freeway interchange in Riverside on Friday morning, May 15, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred shortly after 7 a.m. at the transition from southbound Interstate 215 to westbound Highway 91.

Authorities stated that the pedestrian may have been struck by both a tractor-trailer and a sedan, though the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear.

Riverside Fire Department crews responded to the scene and pronounced the victim dead shortly after arrival. Authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased pending notification of next of kin.
