[05-11-2026] Sacramento County, CA – Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Crash With Vehicle at Northgate Blvd. and Bridgeford Dr.

A motorcyclist sustained critical injuries following a crash with a vehicle in Sacramento on Monday morning, May 11, 2026.

According to the Sacramento Police Department, officers responded around 10:30 a.m. to the intersection of Northgate Boulevard and Bridgeford Drive.

Authorities stated that the motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.

Officials said that the driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. DUI does not appear to have been a factor in the crash.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the incident.
