[05-07-2026] Orange County, CA – At Least One Killed in Rollover Crash in Trabuco Canyon

At least one person was killed following a rollover crash in Trabuco Canyon, Orange County, on Thursday night, May 7, 2026.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 8 p.m. on Live Oak Canyon Road near Lambrose Canyon.

Authorities stated that a Mini Cooper overturned during the crash. Two adults were involved, and at least one person died at the scene.

Officials stated that it was not immediately known whether the second occupant survived.

Both directions of Live Oak Canyon Road were temporarily shut down while emergency crews responded and investigated the scene.

Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
