[04-24-2026] Stanislaus County, CA – Pedestrian Struck in Hit-and-Run Crash in Modesto

A pedestrian was struck in a hit-and-run crash in Modesto on April 24, 2026, and authorities are asking for the community’s help in identifying the suspect vehicle.

The California Highway Patrol reports that a white sedan, possibly a Nissan, hit the pedestrian around 8:20 p.m. at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Nathan Avenue. The vehicle may have front bumper damage, and the driver is described as a woman.

The vehicle was last seen traveling northbound on Riverside Drive.
