[04-28-2026] Orange County, CA – One Killed, Two Injured in Three-Car Crash in Westminster

A driver was killed, and two others were injured in a three-car collision in Westminster on Tuesday morning, April 28, 2026.

According to the Westminster Police Department, the crash occurred around 7:35 a.m. at the intersection of Newland Street and McFadden Avenue.

Two victims were transported to a nearby hospital with injuries of unknown severity, while one driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the deceased has not been released.

Police do not believe that impairment played a role in the crash. The incident is under investigation.
