[04-25-2026] Los Angeles County, CA – E-Bike Rider Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash in Jefferson Park

An e-bike rider was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Los Angeles on Saturday night, April 25, 2026.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the collision occurred around 11 p.m. near the intersection of 36th Street and 5th Avenue in the Jefferson Park neighborhood.

Authorities reported that the rider, around 48 years old, was ejected during the crash and landed on a parked vehicle. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police stated that the driver involved did not remain at the scene, and no suspects have been identified.
