Two vehicles collided at the intersection of West Aviation Road and South Wisconsin Avenue in San Diego County on Saturday morning, April 11, 2026.
The North County Fire Protection District responded to the scene at 10:02 a.m., where a grey Honda and a silver Lexus were involved in the crash.
Preliminary reports indicate that the driver of the Honda was attempting to turn onto Aviation Road from South Wisconsin Avenue when the vehicle collided with the westbound Lexus.
While the specific direction of the turn remains under investigation, it appears the Honda was attempting a left-hand turn. There are no stop signs at the intersection, and under California vehicle code, drivers on side streets must yield the right of way to through traffic on the main roadway.
Emergency personnel from Engine 111 and Medic 111 arrived to assess the occupants. Officials confirmed that none of the individuals involved were transported to the hospital, as they declined medical treatment. The incident was cleared by 10:46 a.m.
No further details were immediately available.
