A 34-year-old man, identified as Daniel M., died from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash in Lancaster on Sunday, March 1, 2026.
According to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Detective Jorge Diaz, the collision occurred at 6:48 p.m. at the intersection of 10th Street West and Avenue H.
The preliminary investigation indicated that a woman driving a black sedan west on Avenue H was turning left onto 10th Street West when she collided with the motorcyclist, who was riding eastbound on Avenue H.
The rider was transported by ambulance to Antelope Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead from “multiple blunt traumatic injuries,” according to the medical examiner’s office.
The crash remains under investigation.
