A suspected DUI crash in Victorville sent four people to the hospital on Tuesday afternoon, February 10, 2026.
Deputies from the Victorville Police Department responded around 12:31 p.m. to a multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of El Evado Road and La Mesa Road, between Luna and La Mesa Roads.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a black Kia Forte was traveling northbound on El Evado Road when it entered the intersection against a red light. The Kia collided with a white Hyundai Palisade traveling westbound on La Mesa Road.
After the initial impact, the Kia continued forward and struck a black Mercedes that was stopped in the southbound lane of El Evado Road. The Hyundai veered off the roadway and collided with a chain-link fence at a nearby residence.
Deputies discovered tanks of nitrous oxide and open containers of alcohol inside the Kia Forte, leading them to investigate the crash as a possible driving under the influence (DUI) incident.
Three occupants of the Kia and the driver of the Hyundai were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Their current conditions have not been released, and no other injuries were reported.
The collision remains under investigation by the Victorville Police Department.
What A Lawyer Can Do For You
Many victims put off calling a lawyer even if they sustain injuries after an accident. However, lawyers can help you in many ways. They can provide you with police reports, CCTV footage, and witness statements to strengthen your case. Your attorney will also negotiate with insurance companies to get you fair compensation. The best part is that they will do all of these things for you at no upfront cost. So if you’re injured in an accident, hire a personal injury attorney to recover medical bills, car repair costs, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
