A 3-month-old baby and a 3-year-old toddler were hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after being struck by a hit-and-run driver near Arrowhead Avenue and 27th Street in San Bernardino on Monday evening, December 1, 2025.
According to the San Bernardino Police Department, the crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. when several families with young children were walking home from a local dog park. As they crossed the roadway, a gray-colored vehicle hit a baby stroller and dragged it down the block, seriously injuring the two children. The driver continued northbound on Arrowhead Avenue without stopping.
Police said the make and model of the suspect’s vehicle were unknown. Detectives are asking anyone with information, including doorbell or surveillance footage, to contact the San Bernardino Police Department at (909) 384-5742.
The investigation is ongoing.
