A man was killed after being hit by a semi-truck while riding his bike near Goshen on Monday morning, November 10, 2025.
The California Highway Patrol said the cyclist was riding on a road that runs along Highway 99 on Drive 60 north of Avenue 328 in Tulare County around 4:30 a.m. The man was directly in front of a Volvo truck pulling a milk tanker when the driver swerved to avoid him.
Officers reported that the cyclist did not have reflectors or lights on his bicycle. As the semi-truck driver veered off the roadway, the cyclist moved to the right, and the rear of the milk tanker struck him, killing him.
CHP said the man was believed to be between 45 and 55 years old. His name has not been officially released.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
