One person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle crash on the Los Osos Valley Road overpass in San Luis Obispo on Monday, November 10, 2025.
The collision occurred around 4:30 p.m., prompting the closure of the northbound off-ramp. This resulted in traffic congestion on northbound Highway 101 and nearby surface streets.
Police at the scene said one of the two drivers was transported to a hospital. A third driver who stopped to assist was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
