Two people were hospitalized after a speeding driver crashed into a hotel in San Francisco’s Marina District on Tuesday morning, November 18, 2025.
Firefighters responded to the crash at Broderick and Lombard streets at 6:22 a.m., according to Lt. Mariano Elias.
Authorities said a driver traveling up to 75 mph on Lombard Street sped through a gas station, jumped over two parked vehicles, and crashed into a hotel at the corner of the intersection.
The driver and a hotel guest were transported to a hospital with minor injuries. There were no passengers in the parked vehicles. Video shared by the fire department showed the rear of a pickup truck lifted and lodged into a building, along with damage to a BMW’s windshield and the rear of another vehicle, an SUV.
Authorities continue to investigate the crash.
