One person was killed in a crash on Summit Valley Road in Hesperia on Tuesday afternoon, November 18, 2025.
The collision was reported at 4:29 p.m. near the intersection of Summit Valley Road and Cataba Road. According to the California Highway Patrol incident logs, a white SUV with unknown license plates reportedly swerved, causing a traffic collision involving a dark-colored Honda Accord and a black Nissan Armada SUV. The SUV struck the passenger side of the Honda, resulting in significant intrusion damage.
The driver of the white SUV did not stop and was last seen heading westbound. San Bernardino County Fire personnel arrived and confirmed the incident was fatal.
The Victorville CHP Station is investigating the crash.
