A 3-year-old girl was airlifted to a trauma center, and an adult man was hospitalized after they were struck by a pickup truck while crossing Nisqualli Road in Victorville on Saturday evening, November 1, 2025.
The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. west of Hesperia Road, across from the Casa Bella Apartments. According to preliminary information, a white 2007 Chevrolet Silverado traveling eastbound on Nisqualli Road struck the man and child as they attempted to cross the street outside of a marked crosswalk.
Victorville City Fire personnel responded to the scene and requested a helicopter for the injured child. The man was transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital, while the girl was first taken to Victor Valley Global Medical Center and then airlifted to a trauma center for further treatment. The current conditions of both victims are unknown.
The female driver of the Chevrolet Silverado remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities. She was visibly shaken but not injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
