A pedestrian was killed after being struck by multiple vehicles on the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway near West 23rd Street in Los Angeles on Monday night, October 20, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, officers responded around 11:21 p.m. to reports of a collision involving a pedestrian who had been traveling in a car.
When officers arrived, they learned that the person had either jumped or fallen from the vehicle before being struck by several passing vehicles, CHP Officer Sergio Garcia said.
The pedestrian, whose name, gender, and age have not yet been released, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
