A three-vehicle crash on the westbound Ventura (101) Freeway just west of White Oak Avenue in Los Angeles County has closed all lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP) on Tuesday morning, October 22, 2025.
The CHP has issued a SigAlert, and traffic is backed up to Hayvenhurst Avenue. It remains unclear if anyone has sustained serious injuries.
Caltrans reported significant delays in the area as emergency crews work to clear the scene.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash and the extent of the injuries.
