Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a driver involved in a hit-and-run near the University of Southern California in Los Angeles County that left a pedestrian injured on Wednesday evening, October 1, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the collision occurred around 10:10 p.m. as the pedestrian was walking in a marked crosswalk at Vermont Avenue and 36th Street. A dark-colored sedan struck the victim and fled the scene. The suspect remains at large, and no description was available.
The city is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information leading to the driver’s identification, arrest, and conviction.
