[09-19-2025] Los Angeles County, CA – 31-Year-Old Man Killed in Fatal Hit-and-Run Collision in Palmdale

[09-19-2025] 31-Year-Old Man Killed in Fatal Hit-and-Run Collision in PalmdaleA 31-year-old man from Lancaster was killed in a hit-and-run collision in Palmdale on Friday afternoon, September 19, 2025.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 5:10 p.m. near Avenue N and 22nd Street West.

A 25-year-old man driving a 2008 Mercedes-Benz westbound on Avenue N attempted to pass another vehicle using the north shoulder at high speed. He lost control, crossed into the eastbound lanes, and collided with a 2021 Lexus IS before striking a 2022 Honda HR-V. Debris also damaged a 2019 Honda Accord. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The at-fault driver, identified as 25-year-old K. Littiz, and his 22-year-old passenger, K. Wright, both from Compton, initially fled the scene but were later arrested. Investigators believe drug impairment was a factor in the fatal collision.

Three additional victims were hospitalized at Antelope Valley Medical Center with injuries ranging from moderate to severe, including a 32-year-old man from Palmdale. Both Littiz and Wright were booked at the Palmdale Sheriff’s Station. Authorities continue to investigate the collision.
