Minor injuries were reported in a multi-vehicle collision on southbound Interstate 5, south of Grapevine Road in Bakersfield on Thursday, September 18, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash involving four vehicles occurred around 12:21 p.m. in the number one lane. Crews reduced the left two lanes while clearing the scene.
Authorities continue to investigate the collision.
