![[09-17-2025] One Killed, Two Critically Injured After Truck Collides With Tesla and Crashes Through Wall in Long Beach](https://ak1.to//tNz1O.webp)
One person was killed and two others were critically injured when a box truck collided with a Tesla and then crashed through a cinderblock wall in Long Beach on Wednesday morning, September 17, 2025.
According to the Long Beach Fire Department, the crash occurred shortly after 11:45 a.m. on Seventh Street just west of Silvera Avenue.
Firefighters found the box truck at an odd angle and used the Jaws of Life to extricate three people. One man inside the truck was pronounced dead at the scene, while two others from the truck were transported to a hospital in critical condition. The Tesla driver was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the crash and continue to investigate the incident.
