A speeding Jeep driver was hospitalized after slamming into multiple stopped vehicles on the southbound 605 Freeway near Katella Avenue in Long Beach on Monday night, September 8, 2025.
According to traffic reports, the crash occurred around 9:40 p.m. when the Jeep driver attempted to stop and avoid the vehicles ahead. The attempt was unsuccessful, resulting in the Jeep colliding with several other vehicles.
The Jeep driver was transported to the hospital, though their condition is currently unknown.
