One person was killed and another injured when a motorcycle collided with a car on the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway in South Los Angeles on Sunday evening, August 31, 2025.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 7:25 p.m. north of Florence Avenue.
The Los Angeles Fire Department reported that one person was pronounced dead at the scene, while the second individual was transported by ambulance to a hospital; their condition has not been released.
The CHP online log indicated that a woman was found down in the lanes, unconscious, while the motorcycle rider was standing near the center divider.
Authorities continue to investigate the collision.
