One person was injured after a Jeep crashed into the waiting room of the Kaiser Permanente Medical Offices in Los Angeles’ Porter Ranch neighborhood on Monday afternoon, August 25, 2025.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the crash occurred at around 12:07 p.m. at 20000 Rinaldi Street.
Authorities confirmed that the driver of the Jeep lost control and crashed through the glass front of the building, making its way completely into the waiting room. One person was reported to have sustained minor injuries.
A patient at the facility expressed frustration as his appointment was canceled, and staff informed him that the facility would be closed for the day. The crash left the building’s front shattered, and patients were told that all appointments were canceled, with staff leaving the premises.
The driver of the Jeep remained at the scene. The cause of the crash remains unclear.
Authorities continue to investigate the incident.
