One person was critically injured after a two-vehicle collision in Ventura County on Thursday morning, December 25, 2025.
According to the Ventura County Fire Department, crews responded to the crash around 11:13 a.m. on State Route 126 at Boosey Road.
Firefighters arrived to find one vehicle with significant damage and a driver trapped inside who required extrication using rescue tools.
Authorities said the driver was freed after approximately ten minutes and was airlifted from the scene in critical condition. The occupant of the other vehicle was transported by ground ambulance in stable condition.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
