A 19-year-old pedestrian was critically injured after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in Panorama City in Los Angeles on Tuesday evening, December 9, 2025.
The Los Angeles Police Department said the crash occurred around 7:55 p.m. as the victim was crossing Van Nuys Boulevard in a crosswalk at Tupper Street.
A white Toyota sedan traveling northbound hit the pedestrian and continued without stopping.
Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics transported the teen to a hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
The hit-and-run remains under investigation.
