A man was hospitalized after being struck by a car while crossing the roadway outside of a crosswalk in Fresno on Tuesday night, December 2, 2025.
Police said the collision happened just after 7:00 p.m. near Chestnut Avenue and Cesar Chavez Boulevard.
Officers arrived to find the man down in the roadway and began performing CPR. He was transported to a hospital, where he was reported to be in stable condition.
According to investigators, the man had been crossing through heavy traffic outside a crosswalk when he was struck.
The investigation is ongoing.
