Five people were transported to hospitals following a multi-vehicle collision at Dog Bar Road and Rattlesnake Road in Grass Valley, Nevada County, on Monday evening, December 8, 2025.
According to the Nevada County Consolidated Fire District, the crash occurred shortly after 4 p.m. and involved three vehicles, one of which overturned.
Emergency crews assisted a total of five patients with injuries ranging from minor to moderate before transporting them to local hospitals.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
