Two people were injured after a sedan crashed into the side of a CVS Pharmacy in Moreno Valley on Thursday morning, December 4, 2025.
According to the Riverside County Fire Department, the crash was reported around 11:25 a.m. at the intersection of Hemlock Avenue and Perris Boulevard.
Engine crews arrived to find that a BMW had struck and damaged the pharmacy’s south exterior wall. No one inside the business was injured.
The vehicle’s driver and passenger were treated at the scene for minor injuries. An ambulance was requested for one of the occupants, though it was unclear whether the individual chose transport to Riverside University Medical Center or sought care separately.
Although structural damage appeared minor, inspectors from the Moreno Valley Department of Building & Safety were called to evaluate the building. Sheriff’s deputies also responded to investigate what led to the crash.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
