A female pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in Lancaster on Tuesday night, December 3, 2024.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a 911 call about the collision at approximately 9:38 p.m. on Avenue K just west of 10th Street West.
Firefighters and paramedics arrived but were unable to save the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver involved in the incident remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities.
