A collision between a semi-tractor trailer and a sedan left one person dead and another injured near the unincorporated area of Llano in the Antelope Valley in Los Angeles County early Saturday morning, November 30, 2024.
According to California Highway Patrol Officer Sean Lough, the crash was reported at approximately 3:50 a.m. at the intersection of State Route 138 and 248th Street.
Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel arrived at the scene and pronounced one of the sedan’s occupants dead. The second victim was transported to a nearby hospital in an unknown condition.
The investigation is ongoing, and further details about the victims and circumstances surrounding the crash have not been released.
